How does Pricing Work?
Our pricing is based on a few simple things: Your invite list. Location. Duration. Our online form will ask you for all of these so that we can best get a quote in your hands ASAP! It is important that you provide us with the most accurate number of guests you are planning for so that we can best build your coffee bar plan. We have already taken into account that not all of your guests will drink coffee and also that several of them will drink several! All of our bars include 2 hours of full service coffee and start at $500.00. Additional time can be added to these packages for longer events! Our quotes have much more information about pricing that will apply specifically to your event.
How soon do I need to book?
We are pretty quick but for best booking results, please give us at least a 2 week heads up so that we have enough time to get your coffee bar staffed and planned for. Is your event sooner than 2 weeks? That’s fine, too - just shoot us a message and we will do our best to rally the troops!
What do you provide?
We provide all we need for coffee service (staff, cups, little sugar packets, coffee, the bar / table, etc…). We take all of these things and make great lattes, mochas, chai lattes, hot chocolates, cider, matcha and a few other great things! Oh, and we also bring plain old black coffee cause some folks still love it (like us!).
What do you need for your set up?
We need a dedicated 110v 20amp circuit to plug in our gear and we are set! We are pretty flexible on space but if there is a 6ft x 6ft space for us, we do a little dance.
What if all of my guests do not drink coffee?
It’s sad but sometimes people aren’t feeling a coffee or tea drink. We get it. That is why we do not give you a per person price and book on the “group” of people you invited. We will do our best, though, to get EVERYONE to at least try a coffee drink!
What is your favorite candy / snack?
Easy. Hot Tamales and Milk Duds. Oh, and we love those pretzels filled with peanut butter, too.
Can I make changes to the menu to get a lower price?
Taking things off the menu will not change your price. We gotta bring it all to make even a few things so let’s do this!
I don’t need full service - are there any other services?
Yes! We provide standard drip coffee service (comes with cups and condiments)! This can be set up a full delivered station or you can pick it up at EVOKE in Downtown Edmond and bring it back. Just select this option on the menu and we will shoot you over some pricing!
