Can we bring in our own food?
Elite Event Venue offers you the option to bring in your own food with a simple BuyOut and Food Waiver. The BuyOut fee is based on your number of guests.
Can we bring in our own alcohol?
Elite Event Venue does not have a liquor license. This allows you to bring in your own alcohol. You will need to hire one of Elite Event Venues Preferred Bartenders to serve your drinks and you may be required to have security for your event.
What does Elite Event Venue provide?
Elite Event Venue offers a variety of pricing options based on your needs and this will define what Elite Event Venue provides for your event. We have tables and chairs available for all groups. We provide the set-up and tear-down of our items.
What are your prices?
Elite Event Venue offers a dynamic pricing module that is based upon day of the week, seasonality, number of guests and how far out you book your event. We create a proposal uniquely to your needs and options.
We believe that each event is different and should be treated individually.
What is expected from the group before, during and after the event?
Elite Event Venue contracts each group with time to set-up prior to their event and time to tear-down and cleanup after their event. We provide staff to "host" your event. They are there to guide your guests, keep the restrooms and public area clean as well as to assist with last minute needs or changes. The group is responsible to decorate and create their event as they envision it. The group is responsible to hire servers to clean and maintain their event and assist with the cleanup after the event. The group is ultimately responsible to leave the space as they found it when they arrived.
What days are you open for events?
Elite Event Venue will rent our space 365 days a week.
Does Elite Event Venue have a minimum rental time?
Elite Event Venue evaluates each group needs and timing individually. If booking months into the future, Elite Event Venue has some restrictions so we don't under utilize our space. If booking inside 3 months Elite Event Venue has the ability to be creative for your needs. We do have a few months, January, February and March, where we can accomodate most requests.
Does Elite Event Venue have a Food and Beverage minimum
Elite Event Venue does not have a Food and Beverage minimum. Elite has a Preferred Vendors list with experienced and professional companies ready to assist you with your planning.
