What is included in rental?
Long Banquet tables and folding Samsonite style chairs are included at no extra fee. Upgraded wood toned chiavari chairs are available for an extra charge and by prior arrangment. All decor items such as fireplace, string lights, wood tables, buffet, etc are all included.
Can I bring my own food/caterer
Yes, we allow any caterer or self catered events. Alcohol is allowed when served by a licensed and insured caterer or beverage service.
How many hours do I have with my rental?
The rental period is typically up to 8 hours, by special arrangment additional hours may be added. All events must end at 10pm and the buidling vacated no later than 11pm.
Can I hire someone to do the setup/breakdown and cleanup?
Yes, although this is a DIY venue we do have a team that can be hired to setup your tables and chairs for you and put on your table coverings and/or breakdown and clean up after your event. The fee is $250 for each period of service.
