I've done weddings in other states, so the short answer is wherever you need me. But to get my standard pricing without travel fees -- the answer is within a 45 minute drive from Royal Oak. So roughly Ann Arbor to the West, Shelby to the East, Detroit and parts of downriver to the South (it's a water/border thing) and Grand Blanc to the North.

For me as a solo operator it is all based on supply and demand. If it's a date in high demand - $1795 for up to 6 hours in one location. Friday's are generally cheaper because demand is lower. January thru April usually $1095-$1395/$1495. If you're calling for a date right around the corner and I happen to be open - none of the above applies. I'd rather go out and make a bit less being more competitive than sit at home. Thankfully I've built up a great reputation with the help from happy brides and my calendar stays fairly busy.

Yes. I don't have any other dj's to book beside myself. I never was able to get past the quality control side of sending other guys out. I do though refer a couple pros I know if I happen to be booked.
